		<description>As a former IT consultant, who&#039;s exploring international development looking to be more productive in how I contribute to this world, I&#039;m so pleased to have read this. This is a truly visionary piece, seeing how the eruption of www collaboration combined with the simplicity of people helping people can break through the entrenched politics and broken processes of governments and NGOs alike. As one who prefers unlicensed, low-cost technologies such as solar and well-drilling, I am more than pleased to see the spirit, scope, and depth of your prophetic analyses! I do believe that people helping people with low cost accessible technologies will in fact do much to transform the face of poverty in the coming decades.
